What is an FAQ section? An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
-
Can my brick be stained? Most masonry is absorbent, but not all. Whether it had been previously painted or has just naturally low absorbency, there's a quick and simple way to check absorbency. Perform a water test - pour a little water on the wall. If the water beads off it and doesn't darken the wall, you have low absorption. If the wall absorbs the water, and the wall darkens until it is dry, your masonry is a good candidate for our proven masonry staining.
-
What is your brick stain warranty? We offer a lifetime warranty for our brick stains, and will fix a job if it shows signs of failure at any point, as long as it wasn't destroyed by a natural disaster. A brick stain should last forever, but if it doesn't for some reason, we have you covered.
-
Are your stains eco-friendly?Yes! Our proprietary masonry stains are VOC-free with no harsh fumes or harsh chemicals.
-
Do you sell DIY kits for brick stain?Yes, we offer DIY kits for staining concrete pavers, professional projects, and home masonry projects. We'll help you every step of the way for the best possible results.
-
Can I see a brick stain color chart? The beauty of our stain is that it really does completely absorb into masonry - requiring no maintenance or upkeep. Because of this, our stains use color theory, and keep the natural tonal and texture variations of the original masonry. This means, the original brick color will play a significant role in what the end results will look like. Red pigment will look significantly different on white brick compared to if the original brick was dark brown. We ask for a picture of your home, and a picture of what you're hoping your home will look like, and we create a custom recipe for you to reach your desired goal.
-
Are your staining services available where I live?We have Certified Installation Specialists all over the United States. Give us a call, and we will make sure one of our highly trained and professional associates can get your job done in a timely manner.
-
What conditions are right for successful staining? The masonry must be dry (no rain for 24 hours prior or after time of staining), and weather must be above 50 degrees. They also are free from any acid, cleaning-solution residue or sealers. Our stains react poorly with acids, especially muriatic acid which can affect how well it bonds with the surface.
-
How long does brick stain last? Not all brick stain companies are the same! Our masonry stains absorb into the masonry pores, and will not blister, chip or peel. We have many case studies of projects that have lasted over 20+ years in the field without any signs of failure. We offer a lifetime warranty and will restain any job that shows signs of failure, unless a natural disaster happens, or a sealer is applied.
-
Can you stain brick white? You can absolutely stain brick white! If your brick is absorbent and you haven't previously painted bricks, you can achieve a white brick stain, or a whitewash brick stain.
